Architectural Plan Modification Consultation

A service for clients who hold a ready architectural plan and want it reviewed or modified to suit each room’s function and their own needs before execution begins. It starts with a consultation session with the designer — in person or online — to study the space and take the client’s needs and preferences. The aim is to improve how the spaces are distributed and how efficiently they are used, in line with how the client lives, with the practical and aesthetic sides considered together.

After the session, the client receives a comprehensive file containing:

• Furniture distribution proposals with dimensions, meeting the client’s requirements with the best functional use of the space and proper circulation.
• Adjustments to door and window positions to suit ventilation and natural light.
• Design solutions that raise the functional and aesthetic value — merging spaces, adding a room, improving an entrance.
• A modified, dimensioned version of the architectural plan, ready for the executing party to apply.
