VDS — Villa Different Solutions has worked across Riyadh and Dubai since 2019, providing interior design for villas, apartments and commercial spaces. We work with the client from reading the drawings and the site, through executable drawings, to following execution on the ground.
How we work
We begin by understanding the space and what the client needs before any design work: the nature of the site, how many people use it, how they live, and the budget available. The design concept is built on that, then translated into drawings that can be built.
Our services are divided into three stages so the client takes what the project actually needs, without committing to the rest.
Pre-Design
A site visit to understand the space precisely, plus surveying and producing architectural drawings where none exist in AutoCAD or PDF.
Design
A coherent design identity through mood boards, realistic 3D visuals, executable drawings, and furniture selection from local or international markets. Includes garden design and internal space replanning.
Post-Design & Supervision
Following execution through site visits, interpreting drawings, coordinating with the contractor and suppliers, approving materials, and estimating quantities for a realistic budget.

The design is delivered with executable drawings the contractor works from directly, specifying materials and furniture that are actually available in the market.
We stay through execution
Site supervision and coordination with the contractor and suppliers are standing services, so what is built matches what was approved.
