Furniture Re-selection
For clients who designed their home with us previously, where pieces approved in the design are no longer available — discontinued or sold. We source suitable alternatives from local or international markets or made to order, taking care that they match in form and dimension and keep the approved design coherent as a whole.
Site Supervision
Following execution on the ground and ensuring the work carried out matches the approved drawings and design intent. This is done through weekly site visits to follow progress directly, giving the executing party instructions on how the work should be carried out, and confirming that details are accurate and true to the approved design.
Contractor and Supplier Liaison
For clients who prefer not to be drawn into coordination with the contractor or suppliers during execution. We deal with the executing party and the suppliers on the client’s behalf — explaining design details, clarifying drawings, and specifying the materials required — so every party is working from the same picture and misunderstandings that would affect quality are avoided. It saves time and effort, particularly where the client has no experience handling design detail.
